Sine Negrense: Negros Island Film Festival in partnership with The Negros Cultural Foundation Inc., The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), and the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) proudly presents the 2022 Film Masterclass
These workshops are meant to orient participants in film appreciation and film criticism: viewing and reading films as well as writing about them.
