As a culture and arts foundation in Negros, the Negros Cultural Foundation, Inc., is fully recognized on both Provincial Government and Philgeps accreditation.

Currently the NCF is implementing various grants and projects in partnership with the Province of Negros Occidental

National Commission for Culture and the Arts, as an overall policy making body, coordinating, and grants giving agency for the preservation, development and promotion of Philippine arts and culture. The Negros Cultural foundation is accredited and has been implementing grants from NCCA for the past years.

The Negros Cultural Foundation is a member of Cultural Center of the Philippines Kaisa sa Sining: Regional Arts Centers.

KAISA SA SINING (KSS) is a network of the Cultural Center of the Philippines' (CCP) Regional Art Centers (RACs) in Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao composed of local govt. units, educational institutions and non-government organizations who have been actively initiating & supporting programs on arts and culture in the regions.

PHINMA Foundation, Inc. (PFI) was established on June 23, 1989, as an integral part of the PHINMA Group's mission to contribute to nation-building in the Philippines. It aligns its support with the group's business objectives. Education programs have been a key priority for PFI, but it also extends its assistance to initiatives focused on cultural preservation, environmental protection, healthcare promotion, livelihood development, and religious causes.

Film Development Council of the Philippines is the national agency under the Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines responsible for film policies and programs to ensure the economic, cultural, and educational development of the Philippine film industry.

Currently, FDCP and NCF joined to manage the Cinematheque Center Negros and of the Sine Negrense Negros Island Film Festival.

Petron Foundation, in its commitment to supporting cultural preservation and heritage, has made significant contributions to the Negros Museum. Through generous donations, Petron Foundation has played a pivotal role in the development and sustenance of the museum's programs and initiatives. These donations have facilitated the enhancement of the museum's exhibits, the preservation of valuable artifacts, and the implementation of educational and outreach activities that promote the rich cultural heritage of Negros.

The Performance Laboratory is amongst the cultural institutions who have responded proactively to fulfill the following objectives: (1) Devise new ways to create and produce new works in the performing arts, (2) Realize non-traditional collaborations within art genres or between arts and other fields or professions, and (3) Promote consciousness of Negrense arts, culture and tourism spaces.
